Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. However, we offer a grace period for refunds as outlined below.
2. Grace Period for Refunds
You may request a refund for your ticket up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the event date. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Event Cancellations or Postponements
In the event that the organizer cancels or postpones the event, the following will apply:
* Cancellation: If the event is canceled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
* Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund within the grace period or for a canceled/postponed event, please contact us at contact@brianpolcyn.com. Include your order number and the name on the ticket.
5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
